Analyst

  • Analysts at Techtone are open-minded, structured problem solvers responsible for qualitative and quantitative data collection, data structuring, and analysis in our project teams. They actively participate in client meetings and proposal development.

    Requirements:

    By the end of your first month:

    • You will be comfortable navigating between the office, infrastructure, available materials, and team members

    • You will participate in numerous client interactions

    • You will complete several complex tasks for which you'll be fully responsible

    • You will receive structured, constructive feedback on your work

    By the end of your first six months:

    • You will have all the tools and resources at your disposal to be successful in your work and fulfill your responsibilities

    • You will have completed numerous projects as an integral part of multiple project teams

    • You willreceive your first structured performance evaluation and 360-degree feedback, and you can also provide feedback to us

    • You will participate in the onboarding process for new colleagues

Consultant

  • Our consultants are experienced, customer-centric professionals responsible for the successful implementation of the entire project, utilizing the full range of consulting tools. They handle problem structuring, task allocation, complex analysis, proposal development, and presentation of solutions to our clients.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent English language skills.

    • Completed master's degree in business, finance, or IT-related fields.

    • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, strategic, or other challenging industries (banking, telecommunications, FMCG, IT).

    • International work or study experience.

    • Strong numerical skills.

    • Ownership mindset.

    • Confident presentation skills in front of clients
