By the end of your first week:

By the end of your first month:
You will be comfortable navigating between the office, infrastructure, available materials, and team members
You will be an integral part of our team
You will participate in numerous client interactions
You will complete several complex tasks for which you'll be fully responsible
You will receive structured, constructive feedback on your work
By the end of your first six months:
You will have all the tools and resources at your disposal to be successful in your work and fulfill your responsibilities
You will have completed numerous projects as an integral part of multiple project teams
You willreceive your first structured performance evaluation and 360-degree feedback, and you can also provide feedback to us

Consultant

Our consultants are experienced, customer-centric professionals responsible for the successful implementation of the entire project, utilizing the full range of consulting tools. They handle problem structuring, task allocation, complex analysis, proposal development, and presentation of solutions to our clients.
Requirements:
Excellent English language skills.
Completed master's degree in business, finance, or IT-related fields.
1-3 years of experience in consulting, strategic, or other challenging industries (banking, telecommunications, FMCG, IT).
International work or study experience.
Strong numerical skills.
